Our re-entry job fairs

Our programs are developed and supported by active-duty and retired correctional professionals who understand the system from the inside out. At JAB 5000 Inc., our job fairs serve as a crucial link between the Department of Correctional Services (DOCCS) and the professional world. We aim to replace the revolving door of recidivism with the "Power Flow" of career stability. Through these events, we offer a dignified, direct bridge for justice-involved individuals to connect with employers who recognize their potential beyond their past. The Gateway to Industry Job Fair Series. Our organization facilitates high-impact career presentations and job fairs specifically designed for justice-involved individuals. Our Re-Entry initiatives are overseen by a specialized committee of high-ranking Correctional Professionals. This team, but not limited to, ensures that our presentations are practical, secure, and aligned with the highest standards of public safety and rehabilitation. Employment is the cornerstone of successful reentry.
